How do I renew my Membership Pass? |
To receive the best renewal value, complete your Membership renewal online at www.MyLEGOLAND.com. Special offers and discounts will be available during specified promotional periods.
You can also renew inside the Park at Membership Services on the day of your visit or by phone, however the Buy-One-Get-One FREE ticket offer is valid when you renew online only.
Is there a discount for renewing my Membership?
There are special offers and discounts for renewals only at specified promotional periods during the year which are never guaranteed. Those Members that elect to renew online at www.MyLEGOLAND.com will receive a special Buy-One-Get-One FREE ticket coupon to bring friends to the Park.
When I attempted to login I receive an error message that my Member number and zip code do not match what you have on file. What do I do?

I renewed my Membership online today. Can I visit the Park tomorrow?
While we ask that you allow up to 72 hours for online renewal processing, you are welcome to stop by the Membership Services window to verify your Membership status before entering the Park. However, upon activation, current members are able to scan their current Membership cards at the turnstiles and are welcome to visit the Park after their online renewal completion.
While renewing my Membership, I added a new Member to our household. When will I receive their renewal documents and benefits?
Please note that your renewal documents and benefits, including the temporary Membership(s) for new Member(s) and Buy-One-Get-One FREE coupon(s) will be held under your name at Membership Services window until your next visit at the Park.
Can you mail me the Membership card(s) for the new Member(s) I have added?
Unfortunately, Park policy requires new Members activate their Membership in person, including having their photo taken at the Membership Processing Center. Any renewal documents and benefits from this order will be available for pickup at Membership Services.
I renewed my Membership online/by mail and haven't yet received new Membership cards. What should I do?
Please note that unless your Membership has been expired for more than a year, you will not receive new Membership cards. Simply continue to use your existing Pass for entrance to the Park. Your account status will be updated in our database and your current cards will continue to scan at our turnstiles. If you upgraded or downgraded your Membership, you will need to exchange your current card for the new one.
If my family's passes expire at different times, can I still renew everyone listed?
Yes! We encourage you to renew everyone in your household regardless of expiration date. Each Membership will be extended one year from their current expiration date (not the date you are renewing online).
I switched my Membership type. Do I need to get a new card?
Yes. You must exchange your existing Membership card for your new Membership card during your next visit (must be within 90 days of renewal). Please stop by Membership Processing at any time throughout the day, located just inside the Park.
Does my Membership include blackout dates?
If you purchase a Merlin Annual Pass Standard Membership, the Water Park blackout dates are all Saturdays and Sundays during July and August. This pass also excludes Brick-or-Treat Party Nights admission. The LEGOLAND California Annual Pass (LEGOLAND Only) also does not include Brick-or-Treat Party Nights admission.

Is the monthly payment option for the Merlin Annual Pass available online?
MyLEGOLAND.com does not offer the Membership Monthly Payment option. To purchase the Membership Monthly Payment option, please visit Membership Services at LEGOLAND California Resort.
